New Phone System

After reviewing patient feedback, we have invested in a new modern phone system. The old system only allowed 9 patients to queue at any given time - however our new system allows unlimited numbers of patients to call our lines, without them being disconnected.
Additionally, it confirms where the patient is in the queue and offers them a 'Surgery Call Back' option, should they not wish to hold on the line. Our new system provides us with important statistics, to enable our team to ensure they are answering calls effectively and within a timely manner.
