The Practice has recently purchased an 'Appointment Booking Mobile'. You may receive texts from the Practice, advising you that you are due for specific reviews, such as: Asthma, Diabetes, etc.
If you receive this, you can call the mobile number detailed on the message, to speak to one of our dedicated appointment booking members of staff. Please note, the line will only be used for booking Patients in for specific reviews, inline with the text message you have received.
If you are unable to get through to one of our dedicated members of staff when calling - please send a text message with your: full name and date of birth and we will contact you back from our main Practice landline number, to book you in.

We have noticed many Patients are not attending their appointments, resulting in them going to waste. In the quarter April 2024 to June 2024, we had a total of 669 DNA's (Did Not Attend). These appointments could have been offered to other Patients, had we received enough cancellation notice.
One of the biggest areas of concern for Patients is 'accessibility', yet we still get 100's of wasted appointments each month.
If you can no longer make your appointment, please cancel this with the Practice, ensuring you give us enough time to try and offer the appointment to another Patient.
You can cancel an appointment via different channels:
- By coming into either one of our two sites
- By calling us on our phone line
- Via the NHS App

We are allowing our Patients to book into our online GP appointment slots up to 2 weeks in advance. We are finding that a lot of Patients are utilising this service. Our online appointment slots are for face to face appointments with one of our GP's, so it is important you attend the Practice on the right date and at the right time to be seen.

As part of NHS England's requirements to offer extended access - we are pleased to announce that we will be offering appointments on Saturday's. These will strictly be pre-bookable appointments only. If you require any further information, please speak to Reception.
