You and Your GP (YGGP)

Appointment Booking Mobile

The Practice has recently purchased an 'Appointment Booking Mobile'. You may receive texts from the Practice, advising you that you are due for specific reviews, such as: Asthma, Diabetes, etc.

Cancelling Appointments

In the quarter April 2024 to June 2024, we had a total of 669 DNA's (Did Not Attend). These appointments could have been offered to other Patients, had we received enough cancellation notice.

Online Appointments

We are allowing our Patients to book into our online GP appointment slots up to 2 weeks in advance.

Caretaking Arrangement

As you will be aware, the Practice went into caretaking in January 2022, following a CQC inspection.

CQC Update

We are delighted to announce that following our recent CQC inspection, the Practice has now been taken out of special measures.

New Phone System

After reviewing patient feedback, we have invested in a new modern phone system.
