Dear all, Covid 19 hot hub services provided from parker drive surgery provided to Leicester city practices will be ceasing from the end of July 2021 as per the request of Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (LC CCG). This means that general practice activities from parker drive surgery will be resuming from 19th July 2021. We would like to thank all our registered patient population for their understanding and support throughout the pandemic. Parker Drive Surgery – is now providing covid-19 hot hub services from this site to patient across the city, Please redirect all your queries to manor park medical practice, 577 melton road, Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 8EA – Telephone 0116 269 6765. Please note: patients who have difficulty in attending manor park medical centre (577 melton road, Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 8EA) for their non-urgent face to face appointments due to mobility issues or travel problems, we have made arrangements with our primary care network member practice to ensure these patients are seen at one of network member practice which is closer to parker drive surgery. Please request this when you call our reception team. Please note: this is only for non-urgent face to face medical problems only.

Online Services

You can now book routine 10 minute GP appointments up to 2-3 weeks in advance through our “SystmOnline” Services  rather than you needing to make a phone call to the surgery.

Systm Online Book Request Register

You can also cancel appointments, rather than having to ring the surgery.
You can request repeat prescriptions using ‘SystmOnline’.

  • To use these services you will require access to the Practices' Clinical System 'SystmOnline', so please contact the surgery in person with your Photo ID and recent proof of address where you will be given a unique username & password. Once registered, you can access these services by clicking on the relevant links below.
  • Repeat prescriptions will still require 72 hours notice (3 working days), & need to be picked up from the surgery (unless you consent for your prescription to be collected from a named pharmacy).

Appointments at the Healthcare Hubs can only be booked by your GP Practice.This applies during practice opening hours.

Your GP practice may book an appointment for you at a healthcare hub if they are unable to see you themselves.

Opening Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 10pm
  • Weekends and bank holidays: 8am to 8pm
  • Opening times may vary between sites.
